So many pastors feel like islands. They feel cut off from others, disconnected and like “lone rangers.” This is not God’s plan. I am now offering pastoral coaching through cohorts of about 6-8 pastors who will meet once or twice per month for the purpose of prayer, pastoral training and equipping and of course mutual edification and support.
Most of these cohorts will meet online via video networking, however when and where a cohort is geographically proximate, I will attempt to arrange for these groups to meet face-to-face.
In each of these cohorts, the meetings will have a 20 minute training and equipping component along with 20 minutes of Q&A.
